AND ENTER THEIR NAME AND ADDRESSES OF THEIR COMPANIES LIST
AND THEIR COMMODITY .BY FOLLOWING THIS

2)SELECT ADDRESS REPORT FOR ENTERING THEIR COMPANY ADDRESS AND PRESS BUTTON "GO" YOU CAN SEE A SIMPLE DataGridview WHICH IS USED TO ENTER THEIR ADDRESS , THESE ADDRESSES YOU HAVE ENTERED ARE SHOWN IN THE REPORT ENTERING PAGE WHILE ENTERING THE PARTICULAR COMPANY ADDRESS.

AND SAME FOR THE COMMODITY VALUES.

AND THAN CREATE A MONTHLY REPORT NAME BY GIVING THE DESIRED NAME AND PRESS CREATE AND THAN SELECT THAT TABLE IN THE COMBO BOX NAMES LIST AND PRESS GO TO ENTER THE VALUES IN TO THE REPORT

AND THAN ENTER IN TO MAIN WINDOW YOU CAN ENTER THE VALUES FROM HERE

ENTER USING BINDING NAVIGATOR

AND ENTER DESIRED VALUES FROM HERE .

NAMES AND ADDRESS AND COMMODITY VALUES ARE AUTOMATICALLY SHOWS FROM THE PREVIOUS VALUES ENTERED IN THE TABLE BEGINNING THEY ARE STORED PERMANENTLY IN THE DATABASE .

AND IF U ENTER THE "BASIC -AMOUNT " AND "TAX " IT AUTOMATICALLY CALCULTES THE TAX MOUNT AND INVOICE AMOUNT AND STORE IN THE DATABASE.

THE STORED VALUES YOU CAN SEE IN THE BELOW DATAGRIDVIEW .

AND THE TOTAL VALUES WHICH ARE RESPECTIVE TO 14.5 AND 4 % TAX VALUES ARE SHOWN IN THE BOXES OF THE TABLE .THESE VALUES ARE AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED AND SHOWN TO YOU .

AND THAN YOU CAN PRINT THE REPORT BY SIMPLY CLICKING THE PRNT BUTTON YOU CAN PRINT ON THE A4 SIZE PRINTING

YOU CAN SEE THE PRINT PREVIEW LIKE THIS ..

This tool is developed based on c sharp language used to maintain the database of your friends mobile numbers,and their email ids and date of births , with their photos .retrieving photos from the database using c # .
